Raymond Verheijen assistant-coach of the Welsh national team released some interesting tweets after Utrecht defeated Ajax yesterday. 'Ajax pay a big price for incompetent training methods'. Ajax missed 8 of their best players due to injuries yesterday, which Verheijen blaims to the training methods. Verheijen preaches 'Periodisation' a training theory implemented by Feyenoord, a club that appears to be free of muscle injuries.
