DURING HIS TENURE AT GRAND VIEW UNIVERSITY LUIZ SCORED 4 GOALS AND HAD OVER 15 ASSISTS.
PRIOR TO HIS COLLEGE HE PLAYED IN BRAZIL for Camboriu FC in 2012 and Almirante Barroso in 2015, AND ALSO PLAYED for AFC Ann Arbor in the NPSL League.
